Cancellation & Returns — Pool Patio and Spa. Above-ground pool packages (paid in full online): Cancel within 5 days of ordering: full refund minus the payment processing fee charged on your order (about 3% for card payments) — processing fees are charged by the payment processor and are not returned to us. Cancel after 5 days, any time before delivery: a cancellation fee of 10% of your order total applies; the remaining 90% is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Spring holds: if you chose hold-for-spring, the same terms apply. After delivery: pool packages cannot be returned; your pool and equipment are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties and we will help with any warranty claim. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Once an item is opened or installed, the sale is final — defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and we’ll help with any claim. Items not yet delivered can be cancelled for a refund minus the payment processing fee (about 3%). Chemicals can’t be returned. You’re responsible for getting returns back to us — call 419-208-POOL before returning anything. How to cancel: call 419-208-POOL or email orders@poolpatioandspa.com with your order number; cancellations are effective when we confirm them.

Pool Layaway orders are covered by the layaway agreement you sign at checkout, not by this policy.
